一 教学内容：Period 3

二 教学目标：

1. 学生能够听懂、会说、会读单词lose, know, climb up, hold onto, fly away及句子What happened?

2. 学生能够进一步掌握动词lose, happen, fly, find过去式的不规则变化及其读音。

3. 能正确运用一般过去时表达过去发生的事情。

4. 能正确理解、朗读Cartoon  time中的故事，能读懂其中的趣味之处，能在教师的指导下表演故事。

5. 能掌握英文日记的书写格式，初步尝试用英语写日记，养成写日记的好习惯。

引导：Did you go to the park?/ Did you watch a film?/ Did you watch TV?/ Did you do your homework?/ Did you visit your friends?/ Did you play games?/ Did you go shopping?....

T: You did many things last Sunday and I think you had a great weekend. What about our friends Bobby and Sam?

Step2. Pre-reading

1. Guess

What did they do? Look at this picture and guess.

T: Look at Sam’s face. He is happy. What about Bobby? Is he happy?

He is sad. Why?

2. Watch and choose

Step3. While-reading

1. Read and answer

T: Oh, we knew Bobby is sad because he lost his new kite. What happened? Let’s read and answer these questions.
